- Build the data reporting (financial and non-financial) and analytics function and processes for the Digital Employee Operations Practice.
- Develop measurement of volumes, activities (services) and performance (quality).
- Build and provide standard monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Analyzing of KPIs and other performance reports.
- Building reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI.
- Present data in a clear and straight-forward way.
- Maintaining reports published on Command Center Portal.
- Designing and creating data models and support Power BI Data modelling.
Capgemini Off Campus Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, mathematics or any related field.
