L&T is hiring candidates for the post of Engineer – Aerospace Design Centre.
L&T Off-Campus Job Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing Technology Development – Take up budgeted R&D programs from concept to realisation as per timelines and budget set by Management
- Interaction with suppliers in developing technologies, ERP activities associated
- Follow AS9100 Departmental practices
- Follow up with internal stake holders and coordinating the delivery of Projects assigned. Conducting meetings internally and externally as applicable.
- Making relevant plans and documentation for delivery of projects on time
- Studying latest technology trends along with learning internal capabilities and work towards enhancing them
- Interaction with customers (as required).
- Understanding organisational goals and Learn the Technologies relevant for the business
- Making proposals to internal management for developmental projects and R&D projects
