Morgan Stanley Off-Campus Job Responsibilities:

- As Human Resources intern you will spend your summer working on key HR projects and initiatives across the Firm and get exposed to the various HR functions and processes existing in a leading global investment bank.
- You will own and drive projects like: organizing a cross functional career marketing event, develop a guide for new deployment managers for India Global Center,
- Standardize HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all India entities.
- Work assignments will be exciting, challenging and with a steep learning curve.
Morgan Stanley Off Campus Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA candidates graduating in Spring 2024 with major in Human Resources.
