PubMatic is hiring candidates for the post of Operations Engineer.
PubMatic Off-Campus Job Responsibilities:

- Directly interact with the Client Operations, Product and the Core Development Teams in Engineering.
- Monitor the JIRA Queue for incoming Service Requests, Bugs, troubleshooting issues or Raw Data Requests and maintain the response/resolution SLAs.
- Able to grow the Product Knowledge to support the Customer Success solve issues faster and, in some cases, might have to communicate the same with Engineering.
- Must have good communication skills for seamless propagation of information.
PubMatic Off Campus Eligibility Criteria:
- BE/Btech
Preferred skill:
- Good Aptitude and Problem-Solving Skills needed.
- Good to have programming knowledge in any one language or more – python, C, C++, PHP etc. Core JAVA and JavaScript, node.js knowledge will be preferred.
- SQL and basics Unix Shell Scripting is a must.
- Big Data knowledge is good to have (HIVE / SPARK).
